That's why we've been distributed from the start: initially between offices in Boston & Santa Barbara, and now with additional offices around the globe. As Senior Manager, Brand Campaigns, you will be responsible for developing, executing and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns that elevate the brand, drive consumer engagement and support business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, while leading a team of marketing professionals.
What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business objectives. Oversee campaign planning, creative development, media strategy and exertion across all channels (digital, social, broadcast, print, etc.)
Ensure all marketing initiatives reinforce the company's brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, digital, public relations and other internal teams to integrate brand messaging into all customer touchpoints
Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of brand campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns
Lead and develop a dynamic team of marketing professionals
Oversee the brand campaign budget ensuring effective allocation of resources
What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications
7-10 years experience in brand marketing or campaign management for a premium consumer product company
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, integrate brand campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring, developing and managing high-performing, diverse, inclusive and globally distributed teams
Extensive experience managing and collaborating cross functionally to drive alignment and impact across an organization
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with consumer electronics, consumer goods or technology products is a plus

At Sonos we consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may lead individual compensation to vary depending on job related qualifications, skills, and experience. All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting base pay for this role for all US candidates is between:
$151,000 and $168,000
