About The Job
We’re looking for a motivated Marketplace Specialist to join our Brooklyn team and help us succeed across multiple channels. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the key to ensuring our products are launched smoothly, managing marketplace channels, maintaining product accuracy, and optimizing listings. From setting up promotional campaigns to troubleshooting issues, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive success and help meet our revenue goals.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Onboarding Marketplace Channels and SKU management
- Fill out product templates and manage all product information
- Independently complete all product template information to ensure smooth syncing on new channels
- Develop and implement product rules specific to each channel
- Set up business rules in Mirakl/Rithium for precise product mapping
- Participate in onboarding meetings and create Partner Bios for seamless integration
- Collaborate across teams to develop and execute a QA procedure for all new channel implementations
- Manage SKUs and product data across channels
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- Manage product errors across all marketplace channels, handling support communication for timely resolution
- Oversee the bug board, effectively communicating resolution updates with internal teams
- Coordinate with Ecomm Ops and Operations to address operational issues (out of stock, SKU mapping, pre-order, discontinuation)
- Conduct a monthly check of all products to ensure accuracy in content, assortment, pricing, and reviews
- Managing Multichannel Promotions
- Set up promotions on Mirakl, Rithium, and Macy’s marketplaces
- Maintain and update the SKU tracker for promotional activities, coordinating with agencies to keep everyone aligned
- Work with Ecomm Ops to develop and implement a QA process for promotions
- Partner with team members to conduct SKU performance analyses, providing insights to our Merchandising team
What You’ll Bring:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- E-commerce Platform Proficiency: Expertise with Shopify, Amazon, Channel Advisor/Rithium, or similar platforms
- Project Management & Agile Skills: Proficiency with project management tools and Agile methodologies is essential
- Attention to Detail & Troubleshooting Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage product data accurately and resolve technical issues
- Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong cross-functional communication skills for effective team collaboration and agency coordination
- Data Management Experience: Skilled in managing product data, SKU tracking, and coordinating updates across platforms
- Jewelry Industry Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with jewelry products and related data management needs is a plus
