Responsibilities include:
- Receive, wash, and polish glassware, flatware and dishes
- Bring clean glassware, dishes and flatware to the storage station.
- Polish and restock stemware & flatware throughout service.
- Restocks dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils.
- Maintain workstation keeping a fast pace in a high volume environment
Requirements:
- Must have open availability and able to work flexible hours
- Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment and push, pull and lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Attention to detail, motivated, and take good direction
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
- Must be positive, honest, resourceful, polite, courteous, and presentable
