Key Responsibilities: Workers’ Compensation Reporting: Collect and report information to insurance and HR departments. Filing and Documentation: Follow up with filing, including C240 forms. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality with workers’ compensation teams. Incident Reporting: Receive and read incident reports, identify missing information, and determine if equipment was involved. Data Entry: Perform basic data entry and maintain logs for incident reports. Spreadsheets: Utilize basic spreadsheet skills for data management. Communication: Engage with store managers to move conversations along and gather necessary information. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of office work experience, with at least 1 year in reporting/workers’ compensation. HR/Workers’ Compensation: 1-3 years of experience in HR or workers’ compensation. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and ability to understand when things don’t make sense. Retail Experience: Experience in retail is a plus. Skills: Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
