BPCM is looking for talented candidates to join our growing NY Beauty team as an Assistant Account Executive, Beauty Influencer. The ideal candidate will have solid internship experience within an agency or in-house Beauty department, but we are very open to other related experience.
Responsibilities will be (but are not limited to):
Influencer
- Assist in execution of influencer relations strategies
- Identify on-brand influencers for clients
- Work to foster and develop relationships with brand-appropriate influencers
- Assist in planning and, in some cases, lead planning for smaller influencer activations/events and trips
- Professional artistry relations when applicable to client (ie, celebrity makeup artists, facialists, hair stylists)
Mailings/Products
- Conduct/organize all influencer mailings in conjunction with mailing house
- Track social media for posts and/or manage tracking platforms
- Assemble mailing recaps with key metrics and KPIs
- Help with digital influencer outreach and send outs in office
Reporting
- Ensure influencer results are captured appropriately in weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
- Responsible for online tracking/digital analysis for applicable clients
Admin support
- Update influencer list with contact moves and send on a monthly basis
- Weekly influencer coverage updates, where applicable (to be sent weekly on Fridays)
- UPS/Messengering products, ensure accuracy in coding and client billing as well as presentation
- Place product orders and manage storage closet
- Influencer gifting and list compilation
- Ordering supplies such as bags, tissue paper, folders, etc.
- Occasional client, team, talent and spokespeople travel needs
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Ideally previous experience in an internship within an agency or in-house Beauty department, or other company related to communications, PR, marketing, or journalism
- A true interest in beauty and the beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Proficient computer skills i.e., Power Point, Excel and Word (to intermediate level)

The anticipated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $43,000 annually. Actual compensation is based on a range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
