Luxury French cosmetics brand, Sisley-Paris, is looking for an extraordinary Director of Education and Training to join our Brand Marketing Team. The Director of Education and Training will be focused on training, executing, and implementing strategies for our new product launches, boutiques, New York Maison, and unique family story. This role involves adapting and customizing international education programs for the US and Canadian markets, leading and inspiring training managers, and serving as a brand ambassador at both in-person and digital events across the USA and Canada. Ideal candidates will have 8 to 10 years of experience in education and training, preferably in the beauty industry.

Strategy:
- Works with Vice President of Marketing to develop and support Education and Training strategies for Sisley and all brands within the Sisley portfolio.
- Supports continual review and process/program improvements in Education and Training areas and proactively surfaces areas of improvement.
- Ensure excellence in execution and best in class etiquette and client service.
Education:
- Responsible for seamlessly implementing new and existing education tools in the market.
- Support US and Canada protocol updates/creation and alignment/sharing with France.
- Maintain a comprehensive information system on all education materials relating to product knowledge, display concepts, sales techniques, promotion programs, and system/procedural requirements.
- Be the point of contact for the Paris HQ and work collaboratively to implement programs that work in the local markets.
Training:
- Deliver in person and virtual training on the brand, products, sales techniques, and master classes.
- Manage training budget to efficiently allocate resources and define a calendar of training, travel schedule for in-store training, and additional supporting materials.
- Provide in-store coaching to develop sales skills and increase client experience and boutique sales.
- Adapt pragmatic and fun training modules, and tools for all field sales functions, adapted to modern learning styles, methods & techniques especially in product and brand training, as well as customer service training.
- Develop a framework for assessing annual training needs and ensuring resource adequacy.
- Responsible for educating retail accounts and brand experts to improve sell through & sales volume.
- Works in tandem with retail partners to coordinate scheduling of all basic, seasonal, promotional, event, and in-store education.
- Evaluate training needs and conduct in-store support and in-store training based on the needs of the business.
- Implement a post training evaluation process.
- Define and broadcast virtual training guidelines.
- Continuously improve and optimize training operations
- Partner with sales, marketing, and public relations to align training and events and work towards meeting the objectives.
Reporting:
- Generate education reporting/ROI analysis in line with set target.
- Implement systematic training reports issuance.
- Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics.
Collaboration/Team:
- Collaborate, coach, and develop regional education through personalized feedback, task forces, and development sessions.
- Responsible for the “Train the Trainer” program, ensuring consistent and accurate training.
- Partner with sales and marketing to align training and events and work towards meeting the objectives.
- Oversee ordering, allocation, tracking and availability of products, gifts, samples and equipment.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Highly motivated, energetic, result-driven individual with a strong education and team management background.
- Leadership skills to manage and develop large teams and motivate them to achieve goals.
- 8-10 years relevant management experience with a luxury, beauty or/and skincare brand.
- Experience with US retailers and their education platforms/ initiatives is a plus.
- An esthetician license is a huge plus, or past experience as a skincare professional.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
