About the team
The Corporate Security Team at Mambu is responsible for safeguarding Mambu’s corporate business operations across various domains. Working closely with stakeholders from different departments, the team ensures our corporate security practices align with our obligations and policies, our security risks are governed and managed, a robust security culture is established, and security measures are integrated into our business processes.
What you’ll do
- Be responsible for the information security policy framework and govern the information security policies, standards, processes and procedures.
- Govern the information security programme across both product and corporate environments.
- Establish a metrics framework for measuring the success of the information security programme.
- Run all information security governance forums and ensure actions, decisions are documented, tracked and appropriately reported.
- Collaborate with business areas, IT and Security teams to ensure all information security risks are adequately managed by appropriate risk owners inline with the information security risk framework.
- Manage information security L2 and L1 risk and oversee L2 and L3 information security risks across business units in collaboration with the enterprise risk manager.
- Regularly report on information security risks and information security risk management programme (KRIs and KPIs).
- Prepare, manage and report on the information security compliance programme.
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of work experience in information security with at least four years in information security risk management
- Deep understanding of widely accepted security standards (eg ISO27001/2, NIST, SSAE 18 SOC 1 and SOC 2, DORA/NIS2)
- A demonstrable passion for information security
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written).
- CISSP, CISM, GSEC or CRISC is strongly preferred, but equivalent knowledge will be considered.
- Experience performing risk assessment of cloud/vendor hosted solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
