Glam Seamless is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to daily salon operations, client service, and organization.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Coordination: Welcome clients with a warm, professional demeanor, offer refreshments, check them in, and introduce them to their stylists.
Scheduling & Client Communication: Manage appointments in the scheduling system, check and respond to emails, handle voicemails and missed calls, and confirm client deposits.
Inventory & Organization: Maintain clean and organized spaces, ensuring displays are full and shelves are consistently stocked.
Order Assistance & Shipping: Assist with client orders, including shipping and tracking orders.
Feedback Collection: Send requests for Google reviews to gather client feedback on their experience with Glam Seamless.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in scheduling systems and email communication.
Organized, with attention to detail and initiative to maintain cleanliness and order.

Schedule
