Key Responsibilities

Build Relationships:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers, industry influencers, and referral partners to grow a portfolio of commercial accounts.
Manage existing client relationships while seeking new business opportunities.
Sales Cycle Management:
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to formalizing customer relationships.
Deliver in-person, consultative sales meetings, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Client Engagement & Support:
Provide professional after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Visit job sites and collaborate with project managers to support customer experience excellence.
Sales Reporting & Strategy:
Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, CRM entries, and activity reports.
Identify and implement business development strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Networking & Market Analysis:
Actively participate in trade organizations and networking events to promote company services.
Analyze the market, identify target clients, and initiate contact with key decision-makers.
Compliance & Representation:
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
Represent company values professionally and participate in strategic planning initiatives.
