Key Responsibilities
- Build Relationships:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers, industry influencers, and referral partners to grow a portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Manage existing client relationships while seeking new business opportunities.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to formalizing customer relationships.
- Deliver in-person, consultative sales meetings, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Client Engagement & Support:
- Provide professional after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Visit job sites and collaborate with project managers to support customer experience excellence.
- Sales Reporting & Strategy:
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, CRM entries, and activity reports.
- Identify and implement business development strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Networking & Market Analysis:
- Actively participate in trade organizations and networking events to promote company services.
- Analyze the market, identify target clients, and initiate contact with key decision-makers.
- Compliance & Representation:
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Represent company values professionally and participate in strategic planning initiatives.
