Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team in New York. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategies across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in content creation, community engagement, trend monitoring, and influencer outreach.

Qualifications: 2 years of experience in social media or content creation, excellent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

Develop and curate engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) that aligns with our brand’s voice and aesthetic.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that supports ongoing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Ensure all content is high-quality, visually appealing, and resonates with our target audience.

2. Scheduling/Posting:

Manage and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Ensure timely and strategic posting that maximizes reach and engagement, considering platform-specific best practices.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align posting schedules with broader campaign timelines.

3. Community Engagement:

Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
Foster positive relationships with our audience, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

4. Trend Monitoring:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities that align with our brand and
propose new content ideas based on these insights.

5. Influencer Outreach/Management:

Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators who align with our brand’s values and target audience.
Manage influencer collaborations.
Track and report on influencer campaign performance.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) to evaluate the success of content and campaigns.
Use data to optimize future social media strategies.
Provide regular performance reports to the marketing team, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
