Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team in New York. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategies across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in content creation, community engagement, trend monitoring, and influencer outreach.
Qualifications: 2 years of experience in social media or content creation, excellent

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop and curate engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) that aligns with our brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that supports ongoing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure all content is high-quality, visually appealing, and resonates with our target audience.
2. Scheduling/Posting:
- Manage and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure timely and strategic posting that maximizes reach and engagement, considering platform-specific best practices.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align posting schedules with broader campaign timelines.
3. Community Engagement:
- Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
- Foster positive relationships with our audience, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities that align with our brand and
- propose new content ideas based on these insights.
5. Influencer Outreach/Management:
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators who align with our brand’s values and target audience.
- Manage influencer collaborations.
- Track and report on influencer campaign performance.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) to evaluate the success of content and campaigns.
- Use data to optimize future social media strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports to the marketing team, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
