Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Property Manager for our Real Estate division in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate management, preferably in commercial and multi-family properties. This role will involve a blend of bookkeeping responsibilities and property management tasks, requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
Coordinate with suppliers, brokers, and tenants to ensure smooth operations of our properties.
Oversee small renovation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Market vacant spaces effectively to attract potential tenants, including negotiating lease terms.
Review and evaluate potential tenants' financials to assess their suitability.
Ensure compliance with city regulations and codes for all properties under management.
Utilize proficiency in CRM systems for real estate management to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management, with a focus on multi-family properties.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with CRM systems for real estate management is a significant advantage.
