This Knowledge Management Development intern will work with our customer support team to gain experience developing and maintaining technical knowledge bases, optimizing knowledge management processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilization of organizational knowledge.

YOUR IMPACT

Knowledge Management intern will gain experience, while working beside leadership to:
Developing, implement, and maintain technical knowledge management systems and processes.
Design and create comprehensive technical knowledge bases that are accessible and user-friendly for both internal and external users.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to gather and document detailed product information and solutions.
Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and other technical documentation to assist in problem resolution.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of technical knowledge base content.
Analyze and interpret complex technical data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Integrate data from various sources to develop a cohesive and comprehensive technical knowledge repository.
Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to support knowledge management initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive company goals and objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $37.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
