Position Summary:
On-site Recruiter in the Milwaukee area (Jackson, WI).
Responsibilities:
Heavy sourcing and recruiting, screen, and assess high volumes of candidates.
Responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and solutions.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of recent, high volume/ full cycle recruitment experience preferably in Foodservice Distribution, Logistics, Foodservice or Transportation.
Must be able to travel to work On-Site in Jackson, WI.
Must have strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing preferred.
Detail oriented with an extreme sense of urgency and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
Strong MS Office Skills.
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish).
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $20.00 and $30.00 per hour.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
