Job Summary:
The LDP Specialist will work directly with the LDP management team to assist with the overall program execution through status reporting and project-oriented work for the six LDP functions (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, EHS and HR). The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to develop collaborative working relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities :
· Assist the LDP Program Managers in their support of the LDP functions
· Provide assistance in overall program administration which includes recruiting support, MyTime entries, data entry, performance calibrations and LDP curriculum execution
· Distribution and analysis of the Participant Development Evaluation Tool and LDP Self-Assessment
· Assist in the planning and executing of all LDP face to face meetings (orientation, functional trainings, final year class meeting, alumni events, etc.). This includes agenda content preparation, overall meeting logistics (travel arrangements, hotel and venue accommodations, catering, etc.), invoice processing, event chargebacks, budget tracking and on-site support
· Serve as lead of the LDP Success Factors Mentor Program, including all logistics around launching and matching mentors and mentees. Work directly with PMs to source mentors
· Support with LDP surveys, including interpreting data and reporting trends
· Develop and implement process improvements and automation for LDP program processes
· Assist in the processing of Monthly EWW and Journal Entries reclasses, as needed
· Assist in the development of presentations for various LDP related meetings
· Generate resume books and training materials as needed
· Prepare monthly salary chargeback reports to be submitted to Finance and reconcile any Business Unit discrepancies.
· Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (ideally one of the functional areas for LDP)
· Previous experience in Human Resources or other relevant experience
· Must be able to travel 3 – 4 times each year
