US Consumer Investment Optimization
The US Consumer Investment Optimization team plays a critical role managing a $3B investment budget which is used to fuel top-line growth across the US Consumer portfolio. As part of the team, the candidate will focus on decision support around investment optimization in order to prioritize and make recommendations on the best investments to fund. Ability to communicate effectively will be key as the candidate will be working with multiple stakeholders across Blue Box. This is a high-visibility role with frequent exposure to senior leaders in Business and Finance organizations. As such, the ideal candidate must possess not only stellar analytical acumen, but also excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor complex messages to the appropriate audience in a very collaborative manner.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide insights into investment optimization and decisioning, including driving investment efficiencies across Prospect and Customer marketing channels
Independently lead projects by conducting analyses on business cases, past portfolio performances, assessing channel profitability, product refreshes, as well as various other ad hoc decision support needs
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on investment management ranging from day-to-day campaign management/ funding decisions , related partner negotiations, and budget allocations to ensure volumes at scale are achieved through the most efficient means
Liaise and collaborate with Controllership and Marketing to understand overall P&L impacts as well as help support official Forecasting processes
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated excellent strategic thought leadership skills and creativity, as well as strong financial and analytical skills
Solid understanding of financial statements, discounted equity cash flow valuation and card economics
Ability to create and maintain financial and economic models
Highly motivated individual with desire to work on ambiguous projects and the ability to break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages
Ability to build relationships with business partners by influencing decisions with sound logic and analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ease with complex data sets, including advanced excel, programming and visualization knowledge a plus (TM1, SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI preferred)

Qualifications
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
