THE ROLE
The Junior Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating and supporting the production of visual assets for our e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for a designer with a passion for digital media and an eye for detail, looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, results-driven environment. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with our marketing and merchandising teams to produce on-brand, visually compelling assets that enhance the user experience and support our e-commerce goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist in the design and development of digital assets for the website, email marketing, social media, online ads, and other digital channels

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for campaigns, including banners, product visuals, and seasonal content

Maintain consistency of brand visuals across all touch points and adhere to brand guidelines

Assist with asset management, including organization and archiving of digital files
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

2+ years of design experience, ideally in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Understanding of digital design principles, including UX/UI basics, typography, and color theory

Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines with close attention to detail

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

A passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn more about the role of design in digital marketing and retail

Portfolio showcasing relevant digital work or projects
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with e-commerce content management systems (CMS) or email marketing platforms is a plus

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous but not required

Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements
