In this leadership role, you will manage a team and lead DEIB programs that are integrated into the business and enhance our overall organizational culture. You will have a broad and diverse background, with experience in human resources, legal, or business operations, and the ability to understand and support Zscaler's growth and evolution. You will work with leadership to ensure our DEIB strategy aligns with our goals, promoting an inclusive and engaging workplace. You will be based in San Jose, CA or Seattle, WA and work hybrid 2-3 days per week. Reporting to the VP of Global Employee Engagement, you will: - Lead the development of DEIB strategies that are aligned with Zscaler's goals, ensuring that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are integral to our values. - Use experience across HR and legal disciplines to lead DEIB plans that are practical, legally sound, and aligned with Zscaler's goals. - Collaborate with departments, to ensure our commitments to DEIB are accurately represented and sustainable. - Help foster leadership across the organization by advocating DEIB principles into leadership and talent development, ensuring it enhances employee engagement and cultural growth. - Partner across the business to ensure DEIB plans are well-integrated, aligned with operational needs, and contributing to our growth and market position. - Understand the current stage of Zscaler's business growth and maturation, aligning DEIB efforts with our evolving goals and strategies. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in HR, talent development, legal or people operations, with a demonstrated focus on DEIB and employee engagement. - Experience with employment law, business compliance, and DEIB-related regulatory requirements. - Experience collaborating across departments, including legal, employee development, and executive leadership, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
