About the role:The Senior Graphic Designer will help support internal teams, focusing on creating pitch decks, case studies, and reports. You will have a demonstrated flair in layout, composition, graphics, and typography. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cutting-edge design and a drive to push boundaries in the creative space while balancing strategic business goals.
Here’s what you’ll do day to day:• Develop and iterate on brand guidelines, creating scalable design systems that maintain visual coherence and adapt to various applications, including digital, print, and environmental.
• Create bespoke and templated Google Slides pitch decks for partners and brands
• Develop a working knowledge of our client's brands, and produce creative that supports and strengthens their initiatives
• Convert knowledge and know-how in designing, creating, and producing top agency quality design and other creative elements for clients
• Create social media graphics, one-pagers, motion graphics, and other content according to direction from the creative and internal teams
• Consistently capture the essence, message, brand, vision, and vibe in creative design or other creative elements as dictated by the client or other stakeholders
• Create designs for pitch decks, websites, social media concepts, and branded collateral, ensuring alignment with strategic brand goals.
• Design branded collateral such as apparel, merchandise, and packaging that enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
• Discuss ideas and brainstorm with design and marketing teams
• Work within design timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively and to manage concurrent and competing projects successfully
• Roll with the punches alongside your teammates, efficiently servicing rapid turnaround times, capturing trending moments, and collecting valuable feedback, all while keeping a clear, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
• Keep up to date with Gen Z and new trends and interpret those into relevant creative
Here’s what we’re looking for:
• 6-8 years of design experience, creating pitch campaigns and social media assets
• Strong grasp of cultural and social media trends, with a keen understanding of what is relevant to brands and Gen Z
• Capable of effectively collaborating with various teams, providing the most useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner
• Ability to take a brief and interpret it to create a thoughtful execution
• Demonstrated work with larger brands
• The ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices
• Communicates well with others, is a positive and enthusiastic contributor to the creative process and work environment
• Experience producing a wide variety of branded content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Google Slides/Keynote
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a must, Figma experience is a plus

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately budget approvals.
