The Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Staff Operations Group by coordinating interviews for the Staff Selection team and supporting other Staff Operations functions as needed. This role will partner with various teams on the execution of projects and initiatives related to the Staff Operations Group. This role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support in coordination with their team’s efforts to further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ. What You’ll Do - Support Staff Operations Group team operations. - Collaborate with Staff Selection Partners and hiring leaders to coordinate all stages of candidate interviews, from initial to final interviews. - Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the interview process, providing a positive and well-organized experience. - Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring leaders, and interviewers, ensuring proper communication and coordination between all parties. - Manage candidate travel logistics, including booking transportation, lodging, and other accommodations as needed. - Assist in the planning and executing of campus interview events, including managing on-site logistics, scheduling, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. - Review assigned tags and daily task activity within Lever and other platforms and take appropriate action. - Manage the Recruitment inbox, assigning to Selection or Attraction teams when needed. - Assist in the planning and executing of Staff Operations Group projects, events, and other initiatives as needed. Skills Needed to Succeed - Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation. - Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships. - Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects. - Maintain a systematic and organized approach to completing assignments accurately, thoroughly, and timely. - High school diploma or GED. - 1-3+ years of experience.
