About the Role As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing programs that engage, educate, and qualify prospective clients. Working closely with the demand team, you will be responsible for understanding our target audience, developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. Essential Responsibilities - Understand RainFocus’ competitive landscape, customer needs, and event industry trends. - Collaborate with all marketing functions to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, client success, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives. - Champion brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, ensuring messaging and visuals reflect the company's values and market positioning. - Create and refine sales templates, marketing emails, and other marketing collateral in line with the brand voice and style guide. - Assist in the creation, testing, and execution of email marketing campaigns, with attention to detail. - Learn and efficiently leverage marketing automation tools and other internal systems to streamline processes and execute targeted marketing campaigns. - Track key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights. - Analyze target buying group engagement to optimize messaging and engagement strategies. - Identify opportunities to introduce innovative marketing tactics and new strategies to drive growth. - Record campaign data and insights to ensure accurate and informed decision-making. Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Three-plus years of experience in marketing (experience in account-based marketing or demand generation in associations or retail verticals is a plus) - Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (experience in Marketo and Salesforce is a plus) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with email marketing preferred Additional Information Why work at RainFocus?
