You are a Sales Development Representative with drive, energy, and a talent for sparking conversations with prospects. You will play a critical role in our sales team by prospecting, discovering, and expanding business opportunities. Your responsibilities include identifying the right prospects, qualifying them, nurturing long-term relationships, and converting them into real opportunities. We expect you to have the determination to achieve ambitious goals while collaborating with the team to streamline operational excellence.
What You Will Do
• Outbound outreach through calling and targeting leads; you must be comfortable dialing and making phone calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to build a pipeline for strategic and mid-market accounts.
• Help leadership define and understand ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) needs.
• Identify key contacts for target accounts and establish strong foundations for sales engagement.
• Engage prospects across multiple channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and more.
• Add value by providing tailored content for each opportunity, such as case studies, screencasts, presentations, and event invitations.
• Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using Salesforce.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
