Justin Alexander's Marketing Team is seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to play a key role in both strategy development and hands-on execution. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly connect practical insights with strategic vision to drive meaningful result. While the Strategy Team crafts and protects brand strategies, the Social Brand Manager brings a social perspective to integrated campaigns, aligning global social content with the brand vision and business priorities.
This role demands a blend of analytical, creative, and business acumen. The Social Media Manager will
collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Business Development Strategist, Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, Global Marketing Director, Art Director, and CEO & Creative Director. Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager within the Marketing Department, this position is pivotal in shaping our brand’s social presence.
Responsibilities:
Strategy (Execution):
• Work closely with the Business Development Strategist on the overall brand strategy; monitor and
manage the execution of the overall brand strategy by the Social Media Coordinator in all social channels
• Work with Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects by amplifying campaigns in the right social channels with the right content via social briefs that align with the strategy created by the Business Development Strategist.
o This includes bespoke campaigns as well as global to local focus
Social/Creative:
• Create the social content calendar and oversee that it is being executed by the Social Media Coordinator
• Manage the Social Media Coordinator with content scheduling, execution and community management
• Work closely with the Art Director, the Analytics Team, and the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager on upcoming seasonal production by providing feedback on past season’s social performance
• Support the Art Director and any external agencies with the creation of associated social assets.
• Work with Influencer Manager on influencer outreach for on brand content creators
Analytics and Budgeting:
• Monitoring results of campaigns and tweaking boosting budgets where needed with analytics team.
• Responsible for social boosting and budget split across our key markets.
• Support the Analytics Team with campaign performance reports
• Ongoing reporting on performance on a weekly, monthly and half-yearly basis.
• Work with Senior Marketing and Communications Manager and the Business Development Strategist on identifying and reporting on social trends, competitor analysis, social implications.

• Experience working with international brands and a global audience or understanding of cultural differences
• Affinity with (bridal) fashion and design
• A passion for fashion and has a pulse on trends.
• Genuine interest in social media and digital trends.
