The New York Giants are in search of a professional, self-motivated, positive individual, who works well as part of a team and excels at building relationships. The Partnership Activation Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of select corporate partnership accounts, with a focus on revenue generation, and report to the Senior Directors of Partnership Activation.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationship, fulfillment and partnership execution between the New York Giants and select corporate partners.
- Develop a clear understanding of partners' individual business goals and initiatives and strategize team opportunities to maximize
- Create and distribute recaps for partners with an emphasis on storytelling and delivering against key KPIs for each brand
- Collaborate across internal departments on brainstorming, planning and executional elements of each partnership.
- Consistently identify new ways of generating incremental revenue through account upsell and renewal discussions.
- Lead and assist renewal discussions for select partners each year.
- Assist with the supervision of all aspects of sponsorship planning and execution around Giants game days and partner events, including on-site and off-site events year-round.
- Coordinate digital assets and trafficking of ads across the Giants sponsorship portfolio
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Completion of a bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of client relationship and/or sponsorship-related experience
- Excellent time management, communication and team-oriented organizational skills in order to effectively manage a large volume of tasks
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, based on business needs and events
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, KORE and Zoomph is preferred
