About The Job: We are seeking an Account Executive to support our Health team on the East Coast, collaborating within the team and providing client service support to a major client in the healthcare sector. You will succeed at Zeno if you are fearless, resourceful, tenacious, have an understanding of traditional and non-traditional communications tactics and the media landscape, and drive great results for clients while building great relationships with your clients and your team. Responsibilities - Actively participate in brainstorms and proactively share creative ideas. - Assist in research, development and writing of program plans and the building of thoughtful activation plans that will break through to both consumers and healthcare professionals. - Assist with new business proposals and attend new business pitches and meetings as necessary. - Build strong relationships with clients and proactively manage correspondence. - Write, edit, and proofread materials ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles. - Support social media efforts. - Coach AAEs and interns and demonstrate the ability to supervise and delegate tasks as necessary. - Communicate with your account team to keep them abreast of timelines and deadlines. - Practice effective project management while working with other team members and show an understanding of the “big picture” of client programs. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and budgets. - Demonstrate familiarity with the healthcare regulatory process and an understanding of healthcare terminology - Understand general principles of business and marketing and the role of communications for a client. - Understand key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace. Qualifications - People recognize your collaborative spirit, and the way you thrive in a close team environment. - PR is your passion, and you possess 1-3 years of experience in communications/public relations; agency, non-profit or advocacy experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. - You’re digitally savvy, personally and professionally. You understand that any client program should be rounded out with social elements in today’s world. - You’re driven and detail-oriented, and you possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and successfully meet deadlines. - You have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the ability to “think on your feet” and respond quickly as business factors shift. - You have earned a Bachelor’s degree. - You love building strong relationships with clients and vendors in the healthcare sector. - Your writing skills are exceptional. - You’re organized, and you manage time effectively. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
