The role
The Customer Experience Executive sits within a driven and exciting team of 50+ who are Huel representatives to their core. The team play a huge part in our customer's experience and pride themselves on delivering excellent service. To ensure we continue to deliver a 5* service for all of our Hueligans, we are looking for a French-speaking Customer Experience Executive to join us!
This role will see you take responsibility for our French market- so you will need to be a native speaker or fluent in both verbal and written French 🇫🇷. You will provide timely help and advice to our Hueligans- whether that be discussing products, helping with orders or processing returns, our customers rely on us at any opportunity. Therefore, Huel's new Customer Experience Executive needs to be savvy, passionate, considerate and entertaining so our Hueligans continue to receive our world-class customer service! 😊
Working in our CE team, no day will be the same. The role provides a dynamic workload, allowing our CE Executives to take ownership of their own market giving them more of a responsibility to drive improvements and corroborate with other departments 🤗.

What we're looking for in you
This role is best suited to someone who can speak and write French Natively or to full professional proficiency. We are looking for our next Customer Experience Executive who can build rapport with our Hueligans and deliver an outstanding service that reassures our customers. Therefore the role would suit someone with excellent communication and people skills 🙌. Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be beneficial but not crucial. Our new Customer Experience Executive needs to have a flexible approach to work and be keen to go above and beyond for our Hueligans 🚀.
This role is based at Huel HQ in Tring, Hertfordshire. There are 4 shift patterns you would be working across. Our earliest shift starts at 7am and our latest shift finishes at 6pm. There would also be an expectation to work roughly 1 in every 5 weekends.
