We’re looking for a creative and self-motivated Visual Graphic Designer to join us on a part-time contract basis (10-20 hours per week). In this role, you’ll have the freedom to unleash your creativity and playfulness as you help young adults achieve financial freedom.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in B2C, with a focus on consumer-facing projects
A diverse portfolio showcasing your commercial/corporate work
Proficiency in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, hierarchy, proportion, color, emphasis and consistency
Fluency with design software, including the full Adobe Suite and Figma
Curiosity, thoughtfulness, organizational skills, a sense of prioritization and strong attention to detail
Ability to grasp complex topics and visualize them
Strong intuition and confidence to share your design ideas and opinions
Ability to work autonomously once provided with context and objectives
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing meticulous designs
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

As a Visual Designer at Fizz, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our brand vision. Your contributions will span various marketing initiatives, including:

Collaborate on and evolve Fizz’s brand system
Work with our creative team to create designs for marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns
Design visually compelling content for Fizz’s website and app, optimizing for user experience and conversion through illustration, motion, and visuals
Embrace opportunities for playful experimentation
Produce digital and print assets for email campaigns, landing pages, social media, display ads, events, and more
Participate in video, animation, and multimedia projects, ensuring all visual content meets high-quality standards
Work from creative briefs and address feedback from partners to refine concepts
Review creative work regularly with stakeholders to get feedback on direction and ensure it is aligned with other projects and strategies

Bonus Points

Understanding of the tech industry and/or prior experience working at a tech/startup company
Experience in social media video production
Ability to design motion graphics to enhance video assets
Proficient with Blender
Proficient with Framer
