ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to New Jersey Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services NJ regulations and departmental policies and procedures. • Provide technical support for the video streaming equipment, data, optical and network communication systems in accordance with the specified procedures. • Perform installation and maintenance of video streaming equipment such as video cameras, audio, video cards, cabling, and any other equipment in accordance with the specified procedures. • Install, administer, and troubleshoot computers, laptops and any hardware as requested by management. • Monitor information systems by diagnosing problems, solving them immediately and advising the direct manager about the work carried out and the execution times. • Respond to user calls and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software problems. • Monitor CDN server connections, diagnose and solve problems, or organize the aversion of problems. • Provide day-to-day technical support such as consultations and provision of services for users. • Make and save reports of any related documentation. • Eager to learn and participate with new applications, software, and networking stocktaking. • Prepare necessary technical reports when requested by management. • Understand and use IT technical terminology and comply with any regulatory enactments, standards, and provide technical documentation requirements. • Execute duties in accordance with the standard IT service operating procedures. • Perform regular maintenance and calibration of studio equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Set up and configure audio-visual systems for various studio productions and live streaming events. • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless technical operations during broadcasts and recordings. • Implement and maintain safety protocols specific to the studio environment, including proper handling of electrical equipment and cable management. • Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Associate Degree (Preferred) and/or equivalent technical training. • Must be able to write, speak and read English, full professional proficiency. • Preferably, 1 year of previous IT and/or technical computer experience. • Detail oriented and be able to work in a team. • Problem solving skills and working on different assignments simultaneously. • Refined manner of speech with peers. • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts when needed. • Must be able to wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards • Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration license through the NJ DGE.

• Pay Rate: $25 an hour • *Night Differential Pay from 11PM-7AM • Annual Performance Bonus • 10 Holiday Pay • 10 PTO & 5 Paid Sick Time • Health Insurance: Medical, Dental & Vision. • 401K – up to 4% match.
