Your Role:

We are looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to join our world-class global advertising agency at our headquarters here in NYC.

Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit will flourish in this role as no two days are alike. This is a very fast-paced and dynamic, hybrid environment and we are looking for someone who will be energized and thrive in an agency like ours.

You will be an integral part of this agency and a key partner to the success of two executive leaders and our team of executive assistants.

What You’ll Do…

Provide a wide range of executive-level administrative support, including strategic calendar management; vetting, prioritizing, and arranging meetings and interviews
Organize complex travel itineraries, agendas and complete expense reports.
Plan and coordinate both virtual and in-office internal and client meetings; manage meeting room bookings, coordinate with IT for proper audio-visual set up, and manage catering requests.
Prioritize a wide range of activities and time-sensitive situations through precise time management and strategic organization.
Support our existing executive assistant staff with calendar management, booking travel and managing expenses as needed.
Provide calendar management coverage for executive assistants who are out of the office for 3 or more consecutive days

What You Bring …

1+ years of experience in an administrative role. Supporting executives in a large office setting is a plus.
Impeccable professionalism and experience working with high touch individuals.
Skilled in managing complex calendars, schedules and travel arrangements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Positive attitude with an ability to work independently

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $60,000 USD. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Location

McCann New York team members must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York Tristate area unless otherwise agreed upon by their manager and McCann New York’s Human Resources team. McCann New York is a hybrid workplace with three days in office a week.
