We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our Framing Department as a Fine Art Framing Producer.

This is a full-time position based in our production studio, where you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality frames for various artworks.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee all aspects of framing projects from initial client consultation to final completion.

● Collaborate with artists, galleries, and clients to understand their framing needs and vision.

● Work closely with the digital and mounting teams across the company to ensure deadlines are met and production needs are fulfilled.

● Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

● Coordinate with the framing team to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to preservation standards.

● Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment.

● Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and address any issues that arise.

● Conduct quality control checks on completed projects to maintain the highest standards.

● Manage shipments and logistics after completing client orders.

● Prepare estimates and send invoices once projects are finished.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in project management, preferably in fine art framing or a related field including carpentry, finishing, and/or fitting.

● Strong knowledge of framing techniques, materials, and preservation methods.

● Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and be a team player

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
