Our client, a boutique law firm, is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join their team! The Social Media Coordinator will work 5-10 hours a week, remotely for 3 months starting ideally in November.

Working in the EST time zone is preferred, but not required. The Social Media Coordinator will report to the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer and work alongside the team's graphic designer.

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and engage our audience. This role involves creating and curating content, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn and Instagram.
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaign goals.
Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
Experience with content calendar management and scheduling tools.
Nice to have: familiarity with analytics tools, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and experience in law firm, accounting, or pharma industries.
