Launched in 1993 as a promotions and management company, In De Goot Entertainment has evolved into a marquee artist management firm overseeing the careers of artists across the rock and alternative genres. In De Goot Entertainment is seeking a Digital Manager to work collaboratively with the In De Goot digital marketing team, and to digitally support assorted artists on the roster. Candidates should have experience in digital / social media marketing, and be creative, communicative, passionate for music, and a team player. Experience with digital marketing in the music industry is encouraged, but not required. The role will require daily communication with both internal team members across departments, as well as with agents, artists, labels, and more.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive digital and social media campaigns for assorted artists, to include campaigns for album and single releases, tours, merch drops, brand partnerships, and more
Oversee the day to day content strategy across artist socials, and coordinate with bands, graphic designers / video editors, content agencies, label partners, etc on creating unique and impactful content
Coordinate with internal Tour Marketing team, plus agents and promoters to support tour announcements, ticket sales, tour ads on artist platforms, and additional digital activations to elevate tour awareness and sales
Conceptualize and oversee digital activations (examples: contests, stream-to-follow campaigns, etc) to achieve artist / release / tour goals
Setup digital advertising and/or coordinate with party digital ad agencies to amplify music and artist profile
DSP optimization - maximize marketing tools within DSP platforms to amplify artist releases and profiles

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate has digital marketing experience in music or entertainment field
High attention to detail
Organization and time management skills
Creative, Proactive and problem solving
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Experience creating content with Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut (or other preferred platforms) is encouraged but not required
General understanding of evolving digital trends and landscape, and of social media best practices

Job Type: Full time - IDG Currently operates on a hybrid schedule: Mondays & Fridays are worked remotely / Tues, Wed, Thurs are worked in the NY office
