Secret Media Network is a digital media group focused on recommending perfect plans, discovering great places, sharing things to do and relevant breaking news in different cities around the world. Our family is composed of Secret NYC, Secret Sydney, Secret LA, Secret Singapore, Secret Perth, Secret Tokyo, Secret Toronto, Secret London, Lisboa Secreta, Paris Secret, Madrid Secreto, Barcelona Secreta, and more!

About the role

Collaborate with our Strategist team for a 360-degree perspective on Social Media.
Conduct research, gather insights, test new tools, evaluate trends, and adapt practices accordingly.
Develop comprehensive content proposals aligned with multichannel strategies, targeting diverse audience segments.
Schedule and engage users with original, compelling copies.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance and manage our international communities on social media.
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, collaborating with our Agents' team.
Address complaints, provide timely solutions, and follow up for resolution.
Set KPIs for our strategy, monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media platform performance.
Build relationships with partners, customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and influencers.
Promote collaboration across teams, markets, and departments for effective social media strategy execution.

About you

Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Passionate about Digital Marketing, with a degree or equivalent experience focusing on digital portfolio projects.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Proactive entrepreneur mindset with a proactive approach, ownership mentality, and effective team communication.
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Keeps abreast of digital technology and media trends, conducting ongoing research to understand their impact on Socials.
Strong insight into factors driving online content popularity.
Proficient in Canva, skilled in editing short-engaging videos; experience with design/editing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut is a plus.
Adaptable to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup business.
Adept at identifying and tracking relevant community KPIs.
Enjoys being part of a dynamic team in a growing company, collaborating effectively towards shared goals.
Based in or willing to relocate to New York.
