DTI has an immediate need for a Data Analyst for a 1yr+ contract in New York.

This is apart of a multi-year team, so this resource would be expected for 1 year, up to 4 years

Education

Operations Data Analyst responsibilities

Support operations specialists by writing and executing SQL queries to pull and analyze customer's historical billing or metering data
Perform manual billing adjustments through the execution of SQL queries
Support program reporting and analytics requirements when not working operations cases
Developing Power BI dashboards, running ad hoc reports, analyzing team performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years utilizing SQL (bonus if Oracle SQL) to query and analyze data or another comparable database querying language
1+ years working with large, related data sets requiring an understanding of database modeling and ETL
1+ years working with MS Excel, MS Power Query, MS Power BI
Ability to learn and use new software's/tools to support billing and case resolutions
Ability to think strategically with a data-driven mindsight, and generate analytical insights

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Oracle Customer Care & Billing, Salesforce, and/or Databricks
Experience in Utilities, and more specifically in Utility billing and complex billing teams
Experience analyzing and querying against transactional or billing databases
