Our client, a rapidly growing leader in the legal tech space, is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Chief Customer Officer in driving the company's growth to new heights. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the Chief Customer Officer’s calendar, meetings, and communications.
Anticipate needs, prepare materials, and ensure seamless travel and event logistics.
Take minutes, track action items, and manage internal and external reminders.
Assist with new hire setups, office logistics, and provide onsite support when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years of experience supporting senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, and confident working with high-level executives.
