SS+K is seeking a Creative Director who will primarily work as a team with a dedicated Creative Director/Copywriter partner. They will be responsible for leading all aspects of creative development on integrated brand campaigns and projects large and small, as well as ensuring coordination of other creative teams. A highly conceptual thinker who can develop media agnostic big ideas and bring them to life through every stage of production. Will act as an integral part of the creative team for existing clients as well as new business.

What you'll do:

You're a highly conceptual thinker with strong design craft and hard skills
Provide and lead art direction on integrated brand campaigns that may cover film, social, digital, experiential, print and other media
Ensure integrity and quality of visual direction throughout all phases of a given project
Responsible for leading creative teams and inspiring creative growth
Motivate, manage and produce effective results across the creative department, providing senior support to account and strategy leads
Ability to manage and prioritize workload, delegate tasks, and understand resourcing needs
Strategically minded, constantly thinking ahead about the needs of the team, the account, and the client
Assist CC and Director of Creative Services in hiring and managing group of direct reports
Partner with potential and current clients on business goals and creative development
Ability to inspire confidence in clients by seeing the bigger strategic picture, understanding the clients’ vision, and ability to develop long-standing relationships
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand current assignments and acquire new projects with research and analysis of creative
Set and maintain creative vision and standards of the Agency
Experience in a client-facing role and internally leading and managing cross-discipline creative teams

What you'll bring:

10-15+ years in an agency environment preferred, in client-facing roles with supervisory experience of at least 1 year
Robust experience with the integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development and delivery
Strong design skills and focus on craft
Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and printed
Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and able to be a hands-on creative delivering comps, layouts, and assets across all media types as well as give direction to studio designers and other teams
Travel may be required
