KRB is hiring for a part-time stock and fulfillment associate position for 12- 20 hours a week through the end of the year. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills.

Located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, KRB offers a curated selection of antiques, vintage furniture, art, and exclusive home accessories.

Primary duties are:

Packing and fulfilling online and in-store purchases of extremely fragile, breakable and high-value items such as art, antiques, glass and ceramic objects.

Maintaining and organizing the shipping and packing supplies as well as keeping the stockroom tidy.

Unpacking of large shipments, including breaking down materials.

Requirements:

Attention to detail

Willing to learn and apply packing techniques to ensure every customer receives their package in excellent condition

Strong organizational and communication skills

Resourceful self-starter, works well independently, as well as part of a team

Use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties

Art Handling experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor - frequently lift or move up to 40 lbs

Position requires prolonged periods of standing

Hours—

We are somewhat flexible on days and times but are generally looking for 4-6 hour shifts spread over 2 to 3 days. For instance—M, W, F 1-5PM or T, TH 11-5.

Potential for year round work.

Pay

$25/hour
