Valentino offers a hybrid working schedule with three days in office, and two days remote. This role is based in our New York Office and requies full-time availability.

Responsibilities will include:

CRM Campaign Oversight:

Oversee the CRM calendar, ensuring all campaigns are accurately recorded in the C3 system.
Confirm that all CRM initiatives use the most up-to-date client ID lists and collaborate with stores to meet submission deadlines.
Manage WhatsApp activation and monitoring, tracking responses and processing unsubscribe requests.
Provide training for store teams on app management and assist with troubleshooting as needed.

CRM Reporting:

Oversee all CRM reporting using Qlik, extracting necessary data from SAP.
Generate and distribute weekly and monthly performance dashboards for stores.
Prepare and communicate weekly highlights on key CRM KPIs to the corporate team.
Handle client list requests from stores and maintain oversight on client trends and spending segmentation.
Any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

1-3 years of CRM experience in luxury goods/retail (previous internship experience)
Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Excel
Base knowledge of ERP, ideally SAP specifically, and CRM software
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Efficient with data entry while maintaining data accuracy
Fast learner and diligence with system management
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

Hourly Rate: $20-$25 per hour ( based on experience)
