With nearly two decades of experience, we create impactful messages and execute meticulously planned events for artists, authors, athletes, businesses, and nonprofits. We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team

Job Overview:

This hybrid role combines marketing and administrative support. You will work closely with our founder to manage client communications, social media accounts, project timelines, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about marketing, event planning, and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Social Media:

-Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns for events and client projects

-Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms

-Create marketing materials, including email campaigns, flyers, and social media graphics using tools like Canva

-Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Client & Project Support:

-Handle day-to-day client communication, including responding to inquiries and managing timelines

-Maintain project management tools to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are assigned properly (Trello, Asana, or similar)

Administrative Tasks:

-Manage email inbox, schedule meetings, and organize calendars

-Assist with data entry, report preparation, and file management.

-Book travel arrangements and manage itineraries

-Conduct research and provide support for project coordination

-Support the founder with a personal schedule

Requirements:

-1-2 years of proven experience in marketing, event planning, communications, or administrative support

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Monday.com, Excel, and Google Sheets, etc.

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

-Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks

-Familiarity with virtual assistant tasks such as inbox management and calendar scheduling

Preferred Skills:

-Self-motivated and a task completer

-Knowledge of the Black Arts and Culture community is a bonus

-Familiar with A.I. and Canva
