What We’re Looking For:

Do-er mentality: You take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
Creative thinker: You know how to craft engaging content and think outside the box.
Strong communication skills: You’ll interact with clients regularly and need to maintain a professional and clear line of communication.
1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Photography skills or interest is a big plus!
Passion for the start-up environment: You’re excited about being part of a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape and wearing multiple hats.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients, aligned with their overall marketing goals.
Be comfortable being in front of the camera for client content creation and our own socials.
Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.
Top video editing skills (must have prior experience using capcut).
Strong photography skills. You will capture content at photoshoots, including photography and videography.
Manage social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and monitoring analytics.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and improve processes.
Provide excellent client service and build strong relationships.

Salary Range

Base: $42K—$52K + a possible bonus structure based on performance after the probation period.
