We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our home office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks while creating a welcoming environment for associates and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate contacts
Manage conference room calendars for 20+ conference rooms
Maintain visitor’s log and ensure access for all guests
Handle customer inquiries with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Work with department admins on scheduling meetings
Work with the Office Services team to maintain conference room appearance
Perform administrative duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferred not required
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- A polished, professional, and friendly demeanor

5 days a week 8am-5pm in-office required

Hourly Range: $20.91 - $24.04
