The Position: We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join us in Tokyo, Japan. You will be instrumental in building Colega AI's presence in Japan from the ground up, taking on multiple roles to ensure our success. This role will be both challenging and rewarding, so we are looking for someone with a hustler's grit and a "there's always a solution" mentality.

Key Responsibilities: • This is an entry-level position that will wear multiple hats. • Work with founders to develop marketing strategies to reach businesses in Japan. • Represent Colega AI at local F&B and tech events. • Onboard new F&B's to test our beta product. • Engage with users to gather consistent product feedback. • Build and manage our online/social media presence. • Communicate with existing team members from Taiwan.

Preferred Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, BD, or sales experience (Internships ok). • Native fluency in Japanese and conversational in English. • Strong communication and public speaking skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience (or passionate about) working in a startup environment.
