Our client is a well -established private equity investment firm! They are currently looking to hire a Receptionist who can start as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-known company!

Salary/Hourly Rate

$60k – $65k

Position Overview

Our client is looking for a Receptionist with 1 – 2 years of prior reception or administrative experience. The Receptionist must have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate for this Receptionist role will also have industry experience in private equity, professional services, or a related industry.

Responsibilities Of The Receptionist

Field a high volume of calls and direct them to the proper employee.
Greet all visitors and employees as they enter the building.
Provide regular clerical support including updating data and distributing mail.
Serve as the point of contact for deliveries and vendors.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings.
Coordinate company activities and events. Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications For The Receptionist

1 – 2 years of prior reception or administrative experience.
Ideally have a working knowledge of Concur and Salesforce.
Comfortability with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements

High School diploma is required.
