About The Role

Nili Lotan is seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to build and execute the brand’s social

media strategy and support overall audience development objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategist with a great eye, hands on and flexible to adapt to the ever-evolving climate of the social media landscape while staying consistent to the brand’s unique positioning.

Responsibilities

Lead an always on Social Media strategy establishing engagement driven growth tactics and content curation for all social channels.
Oversee all deliverables, community management, growth and engagement goals.
Manage the development of the brand’s social-led editorial calendar with compelling content strategies, translating marketing and product messaging through our social platforms whilst staying true to the brand's aesthetic and mission.
Work hand in hand with creative team to develop engaging brand assets to drive new launches, support core hero products and bring brand storytelling to life.
Build and execute a differentiated channel strategy across Instagram, TikTok and new platforms to drive acquisition and support the brand’s overall audience develop goals.
Serve as a thought leader across social and share best practices, general guidance and brand standards + guidelines.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing, PR and Influencer teams to execute integrated campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels.
Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics reporting processes, including influencer and social media results and provide insights, recommendations, and track against KPIs.

Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in similar roles at premium or luxury fashion brand
Candidate must have in-depth social media experience and a proven history of growing social audiences.
Strong writing skills and knowledge of analytical tools
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.

Nili Lotan is an Israeli-born and New York-based fashion designer. After graduating from the prestigious Shenkar College of Engineering and Design in Tel Aviv, Nili moved to NYC in 1980 to pursue a career in fashion design, where she enjoyed a very successful career leading design teams at top American fashion houses including Ralph Lauren, Liz Claiborne, and Nautica.

Nili launched her own namesake label in 2003, designing a wardrobe of luxurious, chic, and timeless pieces for today's woman, that has since expanded to include jeans, belts and handbags as well as limited-edition collaborations. Nili Lotan has several retail stores in the United States and the collection can be found at upscale retailers throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia.
