Job Summary

Fast-paced and rapidly growing family office based in New York City, and Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Senior Family Office Accountant. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the comprehensive financial records of a high-net-worth family office. This position is 80% remote with 1 monthly in person meeting that will be either in NYC or Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute all accounting functions necessary to report on the financial position of select ultra-high net-worth clients.
Oversee bill pay functions
Liaise and develop strong working relationships with internal service team members.
Prepare cashflow planning for high net-worth family office members including budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and analyses.
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and execute projects as required.
Maintain client household payroll.
Ensure accuracy of books and records.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or relevant Master's
CPA designation is required
4+ years of related experience
Expert in QuickBooks accounting software
Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office products.
Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy, excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
