At Everyrealm, we're looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our busy Executives. Responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our Executives.

What you'll do:

Manage the schedule for several executives of a fast-paced web3 startup
Make meeting, meal, travel, and accommodation arrangements
Track monthly expenses and receipts and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Plan events
Organize food orders and any errands executives may require
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

Requirements

3 or more years' professional experience, preferably as an Executive Assistant for a busy executive
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Proactive problem solver - sees what's up around the curve and acts accordingly
Discretion and confidentiality
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
