Transdev is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is responsible for answering questions, and fielding customer service calls as needed.

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:
-
Responds to Customer inquires and problems by providing timely and accurate information or directing inquires to supervisors.

Follows and explains policy and procedures as outlined in operations and procedures manuals.
-
Treats each customer/caller with courtesy, dignity, and respect privacy.
-
Meets or exceeds established performance requirements.
-
Receives customer inquiries and complaints.
-
Answers questions and provides information about services.
-
Clearly and accurately documents issues.
-
Remains knowledgeable of all policies and procedure changes.
-
Adheres to the work schedule in order to handle the call volume and contractual requirements, unless request made by supervisor.

Resolves customer inquiries relating to transportation; communicates resolution to customers.

All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
A minimum of High School diploma or GED Experience working with the elderly or persons with disabilities preferred.

Must possess the ability to work with customers and co-workers with diverse ethnic backgrounds and disabilities.

Experience using a personal computer is a must

Complete any training requirements

Have proficient English skills both verbally and in written form

Must be organized and focused.
