Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software applications, and a strong attention to detail. The Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in providing administrative support, and handling office duties as needed.

What you will be doing:
-Maintains current knowledge of and adherence to all Transdev operating policies, directives, and procedures
-Perform, data reconciliation, and research for missing information for past and current trips.
-
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
-
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
-
Assist the management team in keeping all personnel, safety, and other company files organized and up to date.
-
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
-
Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
-
Assist with special projects and provide general support to the team.
-Support recruitment and employment retention activities.
-Other Duties may be assigned.
Who you are:
-
High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
-
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
-
Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
-
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
-
Warm personality with strong communication written and verbal communication skills.
-
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and multitasking ability.

Applicants must be available to work on weekends, early mornings, during the day and in the evenings. General work days will be Monday - Friday, however occasional changes may be needed.
