THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE.
The Executive Director Operations works across Providence Clinical Network (PCN)to provide critical support to the PCN system Team teams across a wide-range of work including, internal management and alignment of regional teams to PCN clinical goals and priorities, Strategic Integration strategy development, oversight of performance of selected clinical initiatives, and implementation of cross-cutting change, project management, and enterprise-wide clinical pathways. The Executive Director works directly with functional area leaders to ensure alignment with the strategic plan and organizational priorities. The Executive Director will serve as the functional lead on the development of the annual clinical quality planning process, working with broad stakeholder groups. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the flow and exchange of information, streamlining interactions with key stakeholders and moving key projects and initiatives forward. The Executive Director works in partnership with senior leadership, key business partners and programmatic directors across PCN. The Executive Director will support the PCN system Team in follow-through on key priorities and will represent programmatic point-of-view to inform the development, integration and implementation of enterprise-wide clinical processes and initiatives, so to provide value-added support to the regional medical groups, bolstering capacity and driving the integration and implementation of cross-cutting programmatic and clinical priorities. The Executive Director has a deep commitment to the overall mission of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Works in collaboration with the PCN system Team leadership teams to support the articulation and implementation of a PCN clinical quality strategic agenda; facilitates the development of the agenda by managing PCN led initiative meetings.
Leads key initiatives to advance Strategic Integration priorities that result in improved clinical performance across the PCN.
Lead key integration priorities that advance the clinical quality agenda of PCN, including the integration of data and analysis to improve the overall health of the population served; focus on addressing the social determinants of health and health equity.
Integrates with the health services research function, such as the portfolio for the Center for Outcomes Research and Education, to ensure analysis and support of PCN work is relevant and actionable.
Oversees the development of a PCN Graduate Medical Education strategy and structure; optimizes current clinical and operational performance while in partnership with PS+D ensuring a pipeline of new graduates to serve in the PSJH clinical settings.
Works in partnership with the Executive Director of Clinical Operations to ensure implementation of prioritized clinical pathways, consistent policies and procedures, scope of practice, to optimize and improve the effectiveness of PCN.
Supports the governance structure to prioritize key initiatives and then ensure consistent implementation across PCN nursing consistent tool kits and internal commutation strategies; advance best practice sharing and consistent clinical practice across PCN.
Supports the work of the PCN system Team and prioritization of time by managing information flow, resolving issues, providing analysis and advice on key issues and needs.
Interacts with the PCN executive team, regional medical group leadership, and relevant functional areas across the organization for the purpose of defining, advancing and assessing the work of the organization to ensure continued effectiveness.
Prepares and delivers presentations for internal and external audiences, including support for Board of Directors updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration; or other related field.
